Suggested Use Of Great Lakes Beef Gelatin
Daily recommended dosage is two level tablespoons. Take one(1) tablespoon before or during breakfast, and one(1) before or during dinner. To help curb appetite, take Great Lakes Beef Gelatin before meals.
Method I
Room temperature liquids: Add one(1) tablespoon into a glass of your favorite juice or drink. Allow to soak for one minute while stirring, then drink.
Method II
Hot liquids: Pour one(1) tablespoon to cold liquid for one minute, add Hot liquid and stir until it gets dissolved.
Method III
Cold or hot cereals: Pour one(1) tablespoon to bowl of hot or cold cereal and stir completely.
One tablespoon gels one pint of liquid.
