Hypericum (also known as St John’s Wort) has been traditionally used in western herbal medicine:
- to relieve irritability, nervous tension / unrest and restlessness
- as a calmative / nervous system relaxant

Directions for Use:
Adults take 5 mL of tincture 3 times daily between meals.
Dosage may be mixed with 100 mL of water or juice and consumed immediately.
