Suggested Use
Shake tub well before use. This is no need to "load: with 3-XL unlike other creatine supplements. As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop (20 grams) in 8 to 12 ounces of water, and consume within 30 minutes after exercise or physical activity. On non-training days, mix one scoop into 8 to 12 ounces of water, and consume after morning or afternoon meal. You may also mix 3-XL with your favorite protein meal replacement shake.
