Suggested Use
Use daily for best results. Mix 2 scoops (Super Intense Workout) or 1 scoop (Intense Workout) with 10-16 ounces of water and drink 30 minutes prior to exercise. To avoid sleeplessness, do not consume in the evening. Do not exceed 2 scoops per day.

Discontinue use and call a physician or licensed qualified health care professional immediately if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, headache, shortness of breath, or other similar symptoms.
