Ingredients:
Each capsule contains:
Hypericum perforatum (St John’s Wort) extract
equivalent to dry flowering herb 2 g (2000 mg)
standardized to hypericin 1 mg
No added gluten, wheat, yeast, lactose, milk derivatives, sugar, salt, artificial colors, flavours or preservatives.
Tips:
The first recorded use of St Johns Wort for medicinal purposes dates back to the Ancient Greeks. The plant is a yellow flowering perennial herb indigenous to Europe but also grows well in temperate climates such as Australia.
Instructions:
Adults: Take 1 capsule three times daily.
