Filled with beautiful whole dried fruits, such as figs, apricots, dates and raisins. Fod To Nourish made sure to use the best organic fruit available with no added sulphur, preservatives or vegetable oils.
They use the same bread base as our Paleo Seeded Bread Mix, which consists of activated cashew flour, golden flaxseeds, tapioca flour, psyllium husk, chia seeds and coconut flour.
Just add add 3 eggs, water and olive oil.
Ingredients:
Organic raisins [18%], organic golden flaxseeds, organic dates [11%], organic activated cashew meal, organic tapioca flour, organic figs [7%], organic apricots (sulphur-free) [7%], organic psyllium husk, organic chia seeds, organic coconut flour, baking powder (bicarbondate of soda, cream of tartar) and organic cinnamon powder.
