Suggested use
Take one tablet about 30 minutes before bedtime.

Microcrystalline cellulose, organic rice bran extract, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, silica and vegetable cellulose.
Free from synthetic: colors, preservatives.
Free from milk, egg, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanut, wheat, soy and sesame.
Warnings
Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place.
Keep out of reach of children.
This product is not recommended for long-term use. May cause drowsiness. Not intended for those pregnant, nursing or under 18.
