Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take 1 teaspoon daily or as directed by a health practitioner. Add powder to water or juice and mix vigorously. Drink immediately after mixing. Some sedimentation will occur. Consider taking these other NOW products: Magnesium, Vitamin D and Zinc.
