Ginger (Zingiber officinale) is a plant native to Southeast Asia that has a long history of use as an herbal remedy and as a culinary spice. In addition, Ginger is a powerful antioxidant, containing a number of free radical-scavenging compounds.
Suggested Use
As an herbal dietary supplement, take 1 Vcap 1 to 3 times daily or as needed, preferably with food.
Other Ingredients
Cellulose (capsules), stearic acid (vegetable source), magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silica.
