Glucomannan is a bulk-formed fiber can be easily dissolved, obtained from konjac root (Amorphophallus konjac). Clinical Research have shown that glucomannan can give short term constipation relief.
Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, It is advised to take 3 nos of capsules daily with a least 8 oz. of water 30-45 minutes before a meal.
Other Ingredients
Gelatin (capsule), silica and magnesium stearate (vegetable source).
Warnings
Caution: For Adults only. Take this product only as directed. The adequate amount of liquid drinking is required or the product may swell in the throat, may cause blockage or choking.
