NOW Double Strength L-Tryptophan has double the L-Tryptophan (1000 mg per tablet) as in our other usual strength product (500 mg per capsule).
L-Tryptophan is an essential amino acid; therefore, it is not generated by the body and must be received only from the diet. L-Tryptophan is crucial for the serotonin and melatonin production. Each and Every lot of NOW L-Tryptophan is tested to be Peak E and microbial combination free.
Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, It is advised to take 1 nos of tablet 1-3 times daily preferably on an empty stomach, with final dose at bedtime, or as instructed by your healthcare physician. Please consider taking these other NOW products: Inositol and Magnesium.
Other Ingredients
Cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silica and vegetable coating.
This product does not contains with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients including these allergens.
Warnings
After opening, Store in a cool, dry place.
