Suggested Use
Take 4 tablets throughout the day, with or between meals.

(Natural mineral or vegetable source): cellulose, stearic acid, modified cellulose, stearic acid, silica. Coating: vegetable food glaze, (hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose, pharmaceutical glaze).
